Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is treating players to a Quad Feed Double XP event from January 15th to January 21st (10 AM PT), boosting progress across accounts, weapons, Battle Pass, and GobbleGum. This coincides with the 115 Day celebration for the Zombies community.
Treyarch, acknowledging the significance of "115" in the Zombies lore, is marking the occasion with fan art, cosplay showcases, and more. This event precedes the highly anticipated Season 2 launch.
Season 2 introduces a new Zombies map, "The Tomb," and promises several quality-of-life improvements. The Quad Feed Double XP event offers:
- 2X GobbleGum earn rate
- 2X Player XP
- 2X Weapon XP
- 2X Battle Pass XP
Beyond the XP boost, Treyarch highlighted community contributions and teased upcoming features including Zombies Directed Mode statistics. They also provided a sneak peek at "The Tomb," the new Zombies map.
Despite positive developments, Black Ops 6 has faced challenges including hacking, bugs, and less-than-stellar limited-time events, leading to a significant player base decline on some platforms. Season 2 is hoped to revitalize the game and address player concerns.
