Prepare for the Arknights: Endfield January Beta Test!
This January, Arknights: Endfield launches a new beta test, incorporating player feedback and introducing exciting new features. Building on the previous beta, this iteration boasts significant improvements and additions.
Expanded Gameplay and Roster
As reported by Niche Gamer on December 25th, 2024, the mid-January beta test expands gameplay and character options. Fifteen playable characters, including two Endministrators, will be available, each featuring updated models, animations, and special effects. Players can select from Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and English voiceovers and text.
Sign-ups opened December 14th, 2024. Gameplay refinements based on player feedback include new combo skills, a dodge mechanic, and adjusted item usage and character progression for a more engaging experience.
Base Building and Beyond
The base building system receives a major overhaul with new mechanics and tutorial levels. Expect new defensive structures and the ability to construct and expand factories via outposts. A revised storyline, new maps, and challenging puzzles round out the update.
While registration is open, the beta test start date and recruitment end date remain unannounced. Selected participants will receive an email notification from GRYPHLINE, including installation instructions.
Arknights: Endfield Content Creator Program Vol. 1
Launched concurrently with the beta test announcement on December 14th, 2024, the Arknights: Endfield Content Creator Program Vol. 1 is now accepting applications. Selected creators gain access to the official community, exclusive perks, and special events.
The program accepts two content categories: gameplay insights (reviews, lore discussions, livestreams, etc.) and fan creations (memes, fanart, cosplay, etc.). Requirements include original content, account ownership, and submission of links to past work. Note that meeting requirements doesn't guarantee selection.
