How to Recruit Every Crew Member:
Serafin and Bliss: These two join automatically at the game's start. Serafin is generally unavailable for Contracts, and neither recruitment unlocks an achievement.
Juni: Initially a temporary crew member on Hexport, Juni can be permanently recruited after completing the "Idle Minds" clock at Solheim Records. A cutscene will trigger, followed by a Contract. Agree to let Juni rejoin your crew.
Recruiting Juni unlocks the "Data Archaeologist" achievement.
Yu-Jin: Found on Far Spindle after completing the "Getting Wracked" clock at Gaia's Gyre (requires ordering a Wrack four times, costing 16 Cryo). Complete the subsequent Contract to recruit Yu-Jin.
Recruiting Yu-Jin unlocks the "The Freelancer" achievement.
Luis: During the "Aphelion Beacon" Contract, choosing to leave Yu-Jin behind allows you to recruit Luis.
Recruiting Luis unlocks the "Signalchaser" achievement.
Kadet: First encountered on Far Spindle after completing the "Spindle Core" clock. This unlocks a new drive and the Stripline Express location. Complete the events at Stripline Express, triggering a cutscene. Then, travel to the Scatteryards to recruit Kadet.
Recruiting Kadet unlocks the "The Spindlejack" achievement.
Femi & Nia: You can recruit only one of these two. You'll meet Nia on Hexport and Femi on both Hexport and Floatsam. A Contract involving Nia's safety will be offered. Upon completion, choose either Femi or Nia.
Recruiting Femi unlocks the "Big Brother" achievement; recruiting Nia unlocks the "Little Sister" achievement.
Flint: After your first visit to Olivera, a Contract concerning Flint's disappearance will begin. This leads to another Contract requiring quick action to set a trap. Follow Xander and successfully complete the rescue to recruit Flint.
Recruiting Flint unlocks the "Fugitive" achievement.
