HOW DOES IT WORK?

Getting your VAT refund with ZappTax is as easy as 1-2-3-4-5:

Step 1: Start by downloading our free app and completing your profile setup.

Step 2: Enter the dates of your stay in the European Union.

Step 3: When you're out shopping, request a "VAT invoice made out to ZappTax" from the merchant. Snap photos of your invoices and upload them directly to the app or forward them via email to support@zapptax.com.

Step 4: At the end of your stay, simply click to have your tax-free forms automatically generated. You'll receive one or more forms that detail all your purchases.

Step 5: Before you leave the EU, validate your tax refund forms electronically at customs. You can do this by scanning the forms' barcode at a self-service kiosk (PABLO device in France and DIVA in Spain) or by presenting your passport to a customs agent in Belgium.
