What Can You Do After You Finish Assassin’s Creed Shadows? Answered
After completing the main quest in Assassin’s Creed Shadows, the game's expansive world remains open for you to explore. The game is set in Feudal Japan, offering a vast array of side content that remains accessible even after you've finished the main storyline. You're free to delve deeper into the world, completing any remaining side quests and fully immersing yourself in the rich environment.
Additionally, Assassin’s Creed Shadows will receive ongoing support with new weekly challenges being added post-launch through the Animus. This means that even after achieving 100% completion, there will be fresh content to keep you engaged.
Assassin’s Creed Shadows Epilogue and Endgame Explained
Rolling credits doesn't necessarily mean the end of the story in Assassin’s Creed Shadows. In my experience, the credits rolled after completing the Shinbakufu Objective Board and the main quests for Yasuke and Naoe. However, to unlock the epilogue and the true ending, you must complete the personal stories of Naoe, Yasuke, and Junjiro. After that, return to the Hideout and speak with Tomiko to unlock the complete ending and earn the associated achievements.
Towards the end of the game, you can also unlock exclusive gear sets themed around the Assassins for Naoe and the Templars for Yasuke. These sets come with unique perks that enhance each protagonist's playstyle and are a nod to long-time fans of the Assassin’s Creed series.
Even after the credits, you can continue to level up your characters to the game's maximum level cap, ensuring there's always something to strive for in the endgame.
What’s Next For Assassin’s Creed Shadows?

Assassin’s Creed Shadows is available now on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
