2025 is shaping up to be a monumental year for DC Comics, with one of the most anticipated projects being the long-awaited sequel, Batman: Hush 2. This exciting continuation comes directly from DC's President, Publisher, and Chief Creative Officer, Jim Lee, who is steering the narrative of this monthly Batman comic. Launching with Batman #158 in March, this sequel picks up right where the critically acclaimed Hush saga left off, which originally captivated fans from 2002 to 2004.

While DC has explored several Hush-related stories over the years, Batman: Hush 2 marks the first time the original creative team has come back together. The talented ensemble of writer Jeph Loeb, artist Jim Lee, inker Scott Williams, colorist Alex Sinclair, and letterer Richard Starkings reunite for this much-anticipated sequel. Hush 2 picks up from the recent epilogue in the Batman: Hush 20th Anniversary Edition, revealing that Batman has uncovered evidence that his childhood friend Tommy Elliot, aka Hush, survived their last encounter. This discovery sets the stage for a gripping new mystery, as Hush cunningly manipulates Batman's network of allies and adversaries.

Hush 2 will unfold across Batman #158-163, with the first issue hitting stores on March 26. Following this arc, DC plans to relaunch the series with a fresh #1 issue and a new costume, heralding a new era for the Dark Knight under the guidance of writer Matt Fraction and artist Jorge Jimenez.
