Unlocking Domain Expansion
Jujutsu Infinite offers two Domain types: Incomplete and Full Domain Expansion.
- Incomplete Domain: Unlocked upon completing the final story segment (Level 420). Functions similarly to a Full Domain, but innate abilities lack full area-of-effect (AoE).
- Full Domain Expansion: The culmination of the Mastery path for specific Legendary and Special Grade Cursed Techniques. Located in the Innate Skills menu (Mastery path, far right). Requires a Domain Shard and Mastery Level 250 in the relevant Innate Technique.
Obtaining Domain Shards
Domain Shards are rare and valuable. Acquisition methods include:
- Curse Market NPC: This vendor periodically offers Domain Shards in exchange for Demon Fingers and Jade Lotuses.
- Chests: A low-probability loot drop from chests. Luck-enhancing consumables are recommended.
- Trading: Players can trade Domain Shards amongst themselves.
- World Loot: Shards occasionally appear on the map. The Item Notifier gamepass (2,699 Robux) aids in locating these.
Utilizing Domain Expansion
Domain Expansion is your ultimate attack.
- Equip: Select it via the Skills menu.
- Charge: Fill the Domain Meter by damaging opponents.
- Activate: Press the assigned hotkey to unleash Domain Expansion.
Within your Domain, innate skills gain full AoE, become undodgeable, and offensive/defensive stats receive a 50% boost. Incomplete Domains only provide the stat increase.
Domain Clashing
Simultaneous Domain Expansions trigger a minigame.
- Minigame: Players must time their LMB (M1) presses to align the red line within the blue sections of the meter.
- Outcome: The victor expands their Domain, while the loser's Domain Meter depletes.
Defending Against Domain Expansion
Several defensive options exist:
- Simple Domain (Technique Tree, 20 SP): Creates a small area within an enemy's Domain, nullifying its effects.
- Hollow Wicker Basket (Unlockable Technique): Negates enemy Domain effects but prevents the use of innate techniques.
- Heavenly Restriction (1699 Robux Gamepass): Ignores most sure-hit effects within a Domain.
