In *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, the side quest "A Good Scrub" leads to additional bathhouse quests, including one where you need to find something infested with fleas for Betty. Here's how to find this item to help her with her bathhouse.
Pick Up 'A Good Scrub'
To start, speak to the innkeeper in Kuttenberg about work, who will direct you to the bathhouse owner, Betty. There are two bathhouses in Kuttenberg, and Betty's is located in the southeast part of the city. When you talk to Betty, tell her you heard she has work and agree to go to Grund to find Matsek.
Matsek is hesitant about being seen with the girls he's supposed to bring to the bathhouse. You'll find him in a courtyard. Approach the three girls at a table, inform them that you're there for Betty, and escort them to the city.
Promote the Bathhouse
Upon returning with the girls, Betty asks you to help spread the word about the bathhouse to attract customers. Work with her on the promotional spiel, then shout it at the grain market, horse market, vintners' street, and merchants' street. This task must be done during the day, so if it's too late, wait until morning.
Clean Up the Bathhouse and Finish 'A Good Scrub'
After the bathhouse's opening, you must clean up before the alderman arrives for inspection. If you don't finish in time, the bathhouse may be shut down, preventing you from picking up the quest "Ill Repute" from Betty.
Finding Fleas for 'Ill Repute' in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
After passing the inspection, speak to Betty about the ongoing issues at the bathhouse. She explains that the council is deciding on the main bathhouse of the city. To influence this decision, you need to make the councillor leave the competing bathhouse. First, gather information from Meaty Mary, Katcha, and Little Lida about what the councillor dislikes.
To sabotage the competing bathhouse, add Chamomile Brew to the wine cask on the second floor. Lida will reveal the councillor's preference for fragrant oils only after you gift her a noblewomen's dress from a tailor. For further sabotage, lockpick a cabinet on the third floor and steal the oils.
Katcha mentions that the bathhouse once had fleas. To find the flea-infested item in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, head to the east gate of Kuttenberg City. Look for a small camp of beggars there and search the sacks to find a flea-infested blanket.
Once you have the fleas, return to the bathhouse and go to the room where you added the Chamomile Brew to the wine. When no one is watching, interact with the baskets in the room and pour the fleas into Councillor Naaz's laundry basket and the clean laundry basket.
If you can't find the flea-infested item, remember that completing just one of the three sabotage tasks is enough to make the councillor leave, allowing you to finish the quest and proceed with others like "Axe from the Lake."
