Final Fantasy XIV's Free Login Campaign Returns!
Square Enix has re-launched its popular Free Login Campaign for Final Fantasy XIV, giving players with inactive accounts a chance to return to Eorzea for a limited time. This campaign runs from January 9th, 3:00 AM Eastern Time, until February 6th, 9:59 AM Eastern Time, offering up to four consecutive days of free playtime.
This generous offer allows players on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox platforms to experience the game's current content, including the recently released Patch 7.15, which features new side quests, the return of the Hildibrand storyline, and a fresh Custom Delivery client. The upcoming Patch 7.16, releasing January 21st, will conclude the Dawntrail Role Quest series. Furthermore, players can participate in the Heavensturn event until January 16th, earning a special minion reward.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Account must be registered with a purchased copy of Final Fantasy XIV.
- Account must have been inactive for at least 30 days prior to the campaign start.
- Accounts suspended or canceled for violating terms of service are ineligible.
The 96-hour playtime timer begins upon logging into the game launcher. Players can verify their eligibility on the Mog Station. With major patches 7.2 and 7.3 slated for 2025, this is a perfect opportunity for lapsed players to catch up on the Dawntrail expansion's storyline before the next major content drops. Producer and director Naoki Yoshida recently teased future story developments in his New Year's message, leaving fans eagerly anticipating what's to come.
