Originally released in Japan in February 2022 and lauded with awards including Google Play's Best Game of 2022, Heaven Burns Red boasts a compelling storyline crafted by Jun Maeda, renowned for his work on Clannad and Little Busters!.
What to Expect in the English Launch:
The English version launches with version 4.0, aligning with Japan's 2nd-anniversary update. Players will begin with the first three chapters of the main story, "Fabricated Fingers and a Sea of Rice," and immediately access ten event stories: Kindness, Sorrow, and Strength of Heart; Requiem for the Blue; The Move That Spins This Planet; Behavioral Observation Report No. 1186; You’re Up, Shorties! Big Operation U140; Tiny Teardrops; Forgotten Memories; Summer, Swimsuits, and Tropical Festivals!; My Dear Little Hero; The Oracle and the White Lily; and The Friend From That Day.
All Memorias (collectible memories/scenes) available on the Japanese server until November 29th, 2022, will be included. Early events have also been optimized for improved Token Exchange rewards.
Gameplay and Features:
Featuring stunning 2D graphics and an all-female cast, Heaven Burns Red offers a unique yuri aesthetic. The game's soundtrack is equally impressive, featuring music from the disbanded band "She Is Legend," formerly fronted by the protagonist, Ruka Kayamori.
