The mobile release of Once Human, initially rumored for January 2025, has been officially confirmed for April 2025. Pre-registrations are open now! NetEase has prioritized a PC release, but mobile players (Android and iOS) can finally look forward to experiencing this immersive survival sandbox game.
The mobile version boasts optimized gameplay for a wide range of devices, including low-end hardware, ensuring a smooth experience for all. This follows a closed beta test which concluded on November 28th, providing valuable player feedback that has shaped the final product.
NetEase's plans extend beyond the mobile launch. A console release and full cross-platform support are on the roadmap, promising a truly unified gaming experience across all platforms.
Exciting new content is also planned for 2025. Three new scenarios – Code: Purification, Code: Deviation, and Code: Broken – will launch in Q3, each introducing unique challenges and gameplay experiences, ranging from environmental restoration to intense PvP combat. The Visional Wheel, arriving January 16th, will add fresh content and strategic depth to existing scenarios, with events like the Lunar Oracle testing player resilience. Custom servers are also in the works, allowing players to tailor their experience with friends.
