Beretsant Feathers are a frequently used crafting component, but their location is not immediately obvious. This guide clarifies how to obtain them.
How to Acquire Beretsant Feathers in Infinity Nikki
Beretsant Feathers aren't exceptionally rare but are confined to Stoneville and the Abandoned District in Wishfield. Access to these areas requires reaching Chapter 3 of the main storyline. Stoneville, however, offers an abundance of these feathers.
The source is the Beretsant, a distinctive bird resembling a cartoon rooster.
These grey and black birds, with red beret-shaped crests, roam Stoneville's homes and gardens, often in small flocks. Their calls make them easily noticeable.
To collect feathers, equip the Bye Bye Dust ability (or a similar ability). Approach a Beretsant; they are docile. A blue brush icon will appear; groom the bird to receive one Beretsant Feather and Grooming Insight.
Unlocking relevant nodes in the Stoneville section of your Heart of Infinity Grid yields Beretsant Feather Essence and bonus Grooming Insight. These nodes are located on the grid's north side (as shown). Beretsant Feather Essence requires 7,000 Grooming Insight; bonus Insight for Stoneville items needs 25,000. The Realm of Nourishment at Warp Spires offers Vital Energy to accelerate Insight gain.
For efficient feather gathering, utilize the map's tracking feature. Access the Collections menu (book icon in the bottom-left corner), then the pawprint tab. Select Beretsant Feather; the map will highlight nearby birds. Gathering feathers from one location reveals the next. Collecting 50 feathers unlocks Precise Tracking, showing all Beretsants in Wishfield.
While initially time-consuming, Precise Tracking simplifies locating rare materials like Crown Fluff throughout Wishfield.
