Infinity Nikki features numerous legendary creatures, some accessible through quests, others hidden, demanding thorough exploration. Examples include the Dawn Fox, Tulletail, Bullquet, and the Astral Swan.
Acquiring the Astral Swan's feather is possible without the associated quest, but the quest provides valuable context. This quest, "Soaring Above the Starry Sky," begins at the Stellar Fishing Ground Peak Warp Spire by interacting with Curious Pinny. The initial task involves visiting Lensie's house (easily located via the in-game map tracker). Subsequently, the Stylist must groom the Astral Swan, equip the Floral Gliding outfit, and then fly with it.
Following the flight, the quest continues with these steps:
- Return to find Pinny and Lensie.
- Locate Elron in Stoneville.
Grooming the Astral Swan
Grooming is straightforward; simply use the Bye-Bye Dust or a similar grooming Ability Outfit. This action also rewards the player with an Astral Feather.
Equipping the Floral Gliding Outfit
Next, equip the Floral Gliding Ability Outfit to initiate flight. For reliability, change to this complete outfit set from your wardrobe.
Flying with the Astral Swan
Activate the Floral Gliding Outfit near the Astral Swan to trigger the flight cutscene. Maintain proximity to the Swan throughout the flight; drifting too far will disrupt the sequence.
During the flight, a "Soar" button appears; be sure to press it. Upon the Swan's return, do not deactivate the Floral Gliding outfit until the Swan has completely landed. Prematurely ending the flight will prevent quest progression. A successful flight advances the quest to the next stage.
