Marvel Contest of Champions Rings in the New Year with Exciting Updates!
Marvel Contest of Champions has kicked off 2025 with a bang, featuring new Champions, quests, a revamped Summoner’s Sigil market, and a thrilling Wakandan storyline. The year began with the annual Summoner’s Choice Champion Vote – cast your vote on MCOC's X account! Additionally, a new Deathless trailer showcasing Thanos has been released, continuing the epic Deathless Saga.
The Mausoleum, a permanent quest, is now available. After defeating several Deathless foes, players must prove their worth to Deathless Thanos.
New Year's Wakandan Champions:
Two new Wakandan Champions have joined the fray:
- Okoye (January 16th): The formidable General of the Dora Milaje, known for her skill and wisdom in protecting Wakandan royalty.
- Gentle (January 30th): A mutant with a tragic past, possessing incredible strength enhanced by Vibranium tattoos.
These additions bring the total Champion roster to over 280.
Gentle's storyline involves a stealth mission to investigate the sudden disintegration of Vibranium. Meanwhile, Okoye confronts Deathless doppelgangers who have stolen Wakandan artifacts for a sinister ritual.
The Death Drive Event allows players to earn Kimoyo Beads, used to uncover stolen artifacts and unlock rewards in the Vault of Strength, Vault of Violence, Vault of Conviction, and Vault of Rage.
