HoYoverse has unveiled details for Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.6, "Among the Forgotten Ruins," launching March 12th and bringing chaos to New Eridu. This update significantly expands the story and introduces compelling new characters.
What's New in Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.6?
Version 1.6 throws Proxies into a high-stakes auction orchestrated by the Mayor, forcing them to compete for a mysterious artifact linked to the Sacrifice. Adding to the intrigue, the Mockingbird phantom thief syndicate attempts to sabotage the Mayor's plans. Other factions also vie for control of the artifact, and the suspicious actions of Hugo and Vivian leave players questioning their allegiances. Watch the trailer below for a sneak peek!
Version 1.6 introduces Anby Demara, a new S-Rank Electric Attack Agent. Formerly known as Soldier 0, leader of Silver Squad, she wields dual swords, unleashing devastating electric damage. Joining her is Trigger, an S-Rank Electric Stun Agent and ace sniper from Obol Squad. She utilizes Sniper Mode to evade attacks, deliver precise shots, and set up Quick Assists for teammates.
Returning Favorites
Several popular characters are making a comeback, including Pulchra Fellini (A-Rank Physical Stun Agent), Burnice (S-Rank Fire Anomaly Agent), and Zhuyuan (S-Rank Ether Attack Agent), each featured in rerun banners. Geppetto emerges as the latest boss in Hollow Zero.
New Challenges and Game Modes
Prepare for Difficulty VI in Battlefront Purge, pushing your skills to the limit. The new Hollow Zero game mode, Shadow Operation, introduces unique effects to each battle stage, such as damage boosts based on accumulated coins. Trigger's TV Schedule offers a unique third-person sniper gameplay experience, complete with dedicated sniper missions. "March On, Tiny Titan!" lets you control a Bangboo drone in unique challenges, while "Little Knight's Big Charge" guides a Bangboo through ten trials for rewards, including Pulchra as a playable agent.
