Bedrock Together: Join Any Bedrock Server on Xbox/PS

BedrockTogether revolutionizes the way you connect to Bedrock Edition servers on your Xbox or PlayStation. This tool ingeniously displays any Bedrock server as a LAN server, enabling seamless connections without the hassle of DNS rerouting.

Please note, while using Bedrock Together, Realms and compatibility with Nintendo Switch are not currently supported.

How to Connect:

Enter the IP address and port of the server you wish to join.
Hit the "Run" button to initiate the connection process.
Launch the game and head over to the "Friends" tab.
Use the LAN tab to connect to the server you've set up.
Once you're successfully connected, you can close the Bedrock Together app.

Your gaming console and mobile device are on the same LAN network.
