The Emergence mission in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 marks the campaign's halfway point and presents a significant departure from traditional gameplay. This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough.
Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility
The mission begins with Case and Marshall entering a Kentucky BioTech facility filled with toxic gas, necessitating gas masks. An elevator malfunction leads to a fall and a gas mask breakage, triggering hallucinations.
After the initial chaos, locate a locked red-lit door. Use a hatchet found on a mannequin to break it open. Proceed through the hallway, ascend the stairs, and find the elevator in the main hall.
Activating the elevator transforms mannequins into zombies. Eliminate them and answer the ringing phone at the circular desk to receive instructions for accessing the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll receive a map to the Yellow card.
Acquiring the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook
Follow the map to the yellow staircase. Solve the computer puzzle in the Director's office (answers: "Access" and "Lift"). In the A.C.R. room, eliminate more zombies.
A mannequin holding the Yellow Card will transform into an abomination. Before engaging, gather armor plates, weapons, and importantly, the grappling hook. Use tactical explosives (C4 or grenades) to efficiently eliminate the abomination and its zombie horde. Retrieve the Yellow Card.
Securing the Green Card
Use the grappling hook to reach higher ledges and return to the main facility. Locate the Administration Facility (grapple up from the security desk). Answer the ringing phone. Find and place four documents in the file display area.
While collecting documents (located on a corner desk, near a round table, on a small central table, and in the cafe), keep moving to avoid freezing mannequins. Defeat the resulting Mangler Zombie to obtain the Green Card.
Obtaining the Blue Card
Grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone. Locate the glass chamber and the Blue Card. Eliminate the Mimic that appears by shooting moving objects to reveal it.
Retrieving the Red Card
Head to the East Wing, following the red carpets. In the room with water and a console, interact with the console to reveal the Red Card held by a Mangler. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, swim through the red tunnel, and climb the ladders. Eliminate zombies and unlock a door using a blacklight-revealed code.
Activate a timer and turn all drain switches within 25 seconds. Retrieve the Red Card after defeating the Mangler and its zombie horde.
Confronting the Disciple
Return to the security desk, insert all four cards, and take the elevator to the top floor. Eliminate any pursuing zombies. Answer the red phone and engage the Disciple and numerous zombies in the BioTech room. The mission concludes with a hallucinatory sequence.
