Clash Royale's Lumber Love season brings a flurry of fresh content! This update introduces a new card, a legendary evolution, multiple limited-time events, and the highly anticipated return of the 2v2 ladder.
The star of the show is the Berserker, a new 2-Elixir solo troop. Unlike typical swarm units, the Berserker prioritizes durability over sheer numbers, making her surprisingly resistant to many spells. Joining the Berserker is the Lumberjack Evolution, Clash Royale's second Legendary Evolution. This evolution adds a unique twist: upon defeat, the Lumberjack transforms into an invisible "Lumberghost," but only while under the effect of his Rage spell. This spectral form unleashes rapid tower damage, but remains vulnerable to spells that reveal invisible units and is easily distracted.
February's events are packed with challenges and rewards:
- Super Touchdown: February 3rd-10th
- Power of Love: February 10th-17th (featuring troop allegiance switching!)
- Runic Rampage: February 17th-24th (showcasing the Berserker and Rune Giant synergy)
- Lumberjack Evolution Draft Challenge: February 24th-March 3rd
Each event offers rewards such as banner decorations and frames. The 2v2 Ladder makes its comeback from February 10th-24th. Note that the 100 Crowns boost has been removed from the Diamond Pass in Pass Royale.
