Curing Food Poisoning
The only cure for food poisoning is a digestive potion. There's no waiting it out; Henry will die. You can obtain a digestive potion in two ways:

Purchase: Most apothecaries sell digestive potions for a few groschen. Locations include Troskowitz, Trosky Castle, and the Nomads' Camp.

Brew: Purchase the recipe from an apothecary and craft your own. This is the more sustainable solution. Ingredients include two thistles, two nettles, water, and one charcoal. The brewing process is as follows:
- Boil thistles in water for two turns.
- Grind nettles and add to the cauldron, boiling for one turn.
- Grind charcoal and add to the cauldron.
- Pour the potion.
Note: Bozhena's hut is recommended for potion brewing to avoid apothecary conflicts.
Preventing Food Poisoning
To avoid food poisoning, only consume fresh food. Check the "Freshness" meter in your inventory. Red indicates a risk of food poisoning; only eat food with a white "Freshness" level. Consider perks that slow food spoilage, or preserve food by cooking or drying.
