Dead Cells Mobile's Final Updates: A Farewell to Free Content
The curtain is falling on free updates for Dead Cells Mobile, but not before two final, action-packed updates: Clean Cut and The End is Near. While future updates are unlikely, players can still enjoy the game's existing content. These final additions introduce a thrilling dose of cursed challenges and rewarding gameplay.
What's Included?
The updates introduce four formidable new weapons:
- Giant Sewing Scissors: A unique melee weapon.
- Misericorde: A sword dealing massive critical damage to low-health enemies, but with a cursed consequence if the kill isn't secured.
- Anathema: A heavy ranged weapon that explodes on impact, also carrying a curse for any hit.
- Indulgence: A new skill that unleashes a powerful beam of light, capable of purging some curses.
New game modes like Speedrun and Boss Rush DIY add further excitement. Players can also customize their character with 40 new heads, easily swapped via a new NPC.
Cursed Mutations and Enemies
The updates also introduce a fresh batch of mutations:
- Cursed Flask: Allows health flask usage without consuming a charge.
- Damned Vigor: Provides a brief period of invincibility to secure a kill.
- Demonic Strength: Boosts damage while cursed.
New enemies add to the challenge:
- Sore Loser: A persistent enemy that curses the player upon defeat.
- Curser: Launches guided cursed skulls and attacks at close range.
- Doom Bringer: Potentially lethal, capable of instant death with over 50 curses accumulated.
