In MLB The Show 25, even the lush green fields of San Diego can get a little monotonous. Thankfully, San Diego Studio's baseball sim lets you shake things up and demand a trade in Road to the Show mode. Here's how to do it.

After your high school career concludes, you'll choose between college or going pro. Either path eventually leads to the big leagues, but sometimes a change of scenery is just what you need. Unlike previous versions, you can't directly request a trade in MLB The Show 25. However, there's a clever workaround.

Navigate to the Sliders section within Road to the Show settings. You'll find a "Trade Frequency" option. Maximize this setting to significantly increase the likelihood of trades occurring, including your own. While cranking this up doesn't guarantee immediate offers, it dramatically increases your chances. Your agent will alert you to any team interest, leading to trade offers.

Once trade offers start rolling in, carefully consider your options. Remember, there's no guarantee of further offers, so choose wisely. Once you've found your new home, reduce the Trade Frequency slider to avoid constant trade requests.
