Nexon announces the end of service (EOS) for Dynasty Warriors M, the mobile adaptation of the popular Dynasty Warriors franchise. Players who have enjoyed leading their forces in thrilling battles should make the most of the remaining time.
In-app purchases were already halted on December 19th, 2024. While Nexon expressed gratitude to the community, the official announcement didn't provide specific reasons for the game's closure.
The news isn't entirely unexpected, given the game's relatively poor performance. Launched in November 2023 by Nexon and Koei Tecmo Games, its lifespan will be just over a year.
Dynasty Warriors M's EOS Date:
The final battle will conclude on February 20th, 2025. A final in-game chapter will be released this month.
Dynasty Warriors M offered a unique twist on the classic hack-and-slash gameplay, blending Musou action with strategic elements. Players could collect and develop 50 officers from five factions, conquering castles across a vast map with 13 regions and 500 stages. The story mode recreated iconic events such as the Yellow Turban Rebellion and the Battle of Luoyang.
Those interested in experiencing Dynasty Warriors M before its closure can download it from the Google Play Store.
