What is Equipment?
Aside from leveling up, equipping your heroes with the right gear is a crucial way to amplify their specific stats. In Idle Heroes, each hero can be fitted with equipment in six different slots:
- Weapons
- Armor
- Shoes
- Accessories
- Artifacts
- Gems/stones (Treasures)
Artifacts are a key component of your hero's equipment. Each tier of artifacts shares the same upgrading cost and engulf value. Artifacts are categorized by rarity, listed here from highest to lowest:
- Orange
- Red
- Green
- Purple
- Yellow
- Blue
The Orange and Red artifacts represent the highest tier. Some artifacts are specifically designed for certain heroes, granting them unique abilities and stats when equipped. These exclusive artifacts are generally more potent than their standard counterparts and come with an additional property that's only effective for heroes of the corresponding faction, marked by the faction icon.
