Launched in October 2023, Ludus: Merge Arena has quickly gained popularity, boasting over 5 million players worldwide and generating nearly $3 million in monthly revenue. This impressive success has prompted publisher Top App Games to announce a major update arriving soon.
The Big Update: Clan Wars
Arriving at the end of March, this update significantly expands clan mechanics with three new tabs: Clan Shop, Clan Battle Pass, and Clan War. The highlight is Clan War, an eight-day event running twice a month. Five days are dedicated to intense battles, followed by a three-day wrap-up period.
Clan War victory hinges on flags. Each player begins with two flags, with premium subscribers receiving an extra flag (starting with three). The Battle Pass provides one or two additional flags, allowing premium players to deploy up to five flags. These flags are crucial for earning points. Players can use them in standard PvP matches against random opponents or in Assault mode, targeting enemy base buildings.
Each Clan War features six competing clans. The top 100 clans at the conclusion receive exclusive rewards, including cosmetic upgrades and a prestigious golden clan name displayed until the next war.
A Clan Shop will also be introduced, offering rewards purchasable with a special currency earned during Clan Wars. This highly anticipated update is expected to further boost Ludus: Merge Arena's already impressive player base.
