Mortal Kombat 1 Welcomes Madam Bo: A Force to Be Reckoned With
The New Kameo Fighter Arrives
The official trailer reveals Madam Bo, owner of the Fengjian Teahouse, joining the Mortal Kombat 1 roster as a Kameo fighter on March 18th, 2025. She arrives alongside the formidable T-1000 from Terminator 2, as part of Kombat Pack 2 and the Khaos Reigns expansion.
Before her Kameo debut, Madam Bo appeared in Mortal Kombat 1's story mode. Initially seemingly defeated by Smoke, her "defeat" was a clever ruse to prepare Raiden and Kung Lao for the tournament. Don't let her seemingly frail appearance deceive you; this former Lin Kuei associate is a highly skilled martial artist and mentor to both Raiden and Kung Lao.
Gameplay footage showcases Madam Bo's powerful kicks, punches, and a spectacular finishing move involving shattered glass bottles and a perfectly executed head-removal onto a tea tray. She'll be a valuable asset to any fighter.
T-1000: A Liquid Metal Menace Joins the Fray
March 18th also marks the arrival of the T-1000 from Terminator 2: Judgment Day. This shape-shifting cyborg assassin will be a playable character, utilizing its liquid metal form to wield swords, machine guns, and unleash devastating attacks.
Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns Expansion – A New Chapter Begins
Madam Bo and the T-1000 are part of the Khaos Reigns expansion, featuring a new story campaign expanding Liu Kang's New Era storyline. This cinematic experience will see Liu Kang and his champions face the formidable Titan Havik and his threat to the New Era.
Kombat Pack 2 continues to deliver exciting additions. Following the September 2024 return of Sektor, Noob Saibot, and Cyrax; Ghostface in November; and Conan in January 2025; Madam Bo and the T-1000 round out this impressive lineup.
