The Pokémon Company has officially responded to the ongoing challenges fans face in obtaining recent Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) sets. In a new statement, they've confirmed that reprints are on the way and they are committed to ensuring fans can access these products.

The latest set, Destined Rivals, along with other recent releases like Prismatic Evolutions and the Blooming Waters box, have been plagued by shortages, pre-order issues, and scalping. These sets have been incredibly popular, making them hard to come by for many enthusiasts.

In their official statement on the Pokémon website, The Pokémon Company acknowledged that "some fans are experiencing difficulties purchasing certain Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) products due to very high demand impacting availability." They expressed understanding of the disappointment this causes and affirmed their commitment to addressing the issue by printing more of the affected products at maximum capacity. "Reprinted products are expected to be available at participating retailers as soon as possible," the statement assured.

Additionally, The Pokémon Company plans to "maximize production" for future TCG expansions to improve product availability right from the launch. They also intend to "continue to reprint impacted products" to keep stocks replenished, including at the Pokémon Center.

In response to the scalping issue, The Pokémon Company indirectly addressed it by stating their dedication to providing a smooth purchasing experience at the Pokémon Center. They employ technology, including a virtual queue system during high-traffic periods, to prioritize fans in getting their hands on new products. "We will continue to explore measures that help create the best possible experience for Pokémon Center customers," they added, thanking the community for their patience and support as they work to deliver more Pokémon TCG products to fans.

With these assurances from The Pokémon Company, fans are hopeful for a smoother and less stressful experience when it comes to collecting and enjoying the Pokémon TCG with the arrival of new sets.
