Survive Shifting Tombs, Alter Desert

RuneScape has just released a Dev’s Diary for April, unveiling the latest update titled "Return to the Desert: Pharaoh’s Folly." This thrilling new quest is available from today until April 28th, challenging players to survive the Shifting Tombs and alter the desert's fate alongside Leela and Ozan.

Here’s the Full Scoop on the Pharaoh’s Folly in RuneScape

The situation in the Kharidian desert is escalating, with Menaphos on the brink of chaos. Osman's shocking betrayal has left the city vulnerable from within. As tensions rise and the population becomes divided, the ominous presence of Amascut looms in the shadows, making the escape from the Shifting Tombs just the beginning of the trials ahead.

Fortunately, you won’t be facing these challenges alone. Leela is ready for action, and new allies, including some pets, will join the fray. Together, you'll delve into Menaphos' ancient secrets and uncover the true intentions behind Osman's actions.

Heading Back into the Heat Again

Completing Pharaoh’s Folly comes with rewarding benefits. Players can earn Thieving and Agility XP, the prestigious title "The Rabble-Rouser," and a new item, Leela’s Favour bracelet. This bracelet enhances your mobility, allowing teleportation across Menaphos districts, the Sophanem slayer dungeon, the shifting tombs, and all active soul obelisks.

The "Return to the Desert: Pharaoh’s Folly" quest is not for the faint-hearted. To embark on this adventure, you'll need a Slayer level of 87, completion of the "Beneath Scabaras’ Sands" quest, and fulfillment of certain tasks from the "Do No Evil" quest within Phite Club. Additionally, you must have constructed the necessary structures in the Fort Forinthry storyline. Once these criteria are met, you can meet Leela outside Menaphos' gates and strive to restore the city's stability. If you're ready, download the game from the Google Play Store and embark on your journey back to the desert!

Stay tuned for our next update on the cancellation of Netflix Stories, though you can still enjoy playing it!
