How to Play:

Gameplay:

Each round has a Czar who determines the winner.
Players choose a white card from their hand that best matches the black card.
The Czar receives all the white cards played and chooses the best answer without knowing who played each card.
The player whose card the Czar chooses receives a point.
The game moves to the next round with a new black card and a new Czar.
The player with the most points at the end wins!
