Get ready for an exciting update in Honkai: Star Rail as Version 3.2, titled 'Through the Petals in the Land of Repose,' is set to launch on April 9th. This update brings a wealth of new lore, thrilling battles, and introduces fresh characters to the mix. Additionally, HoYoVerse is preparing to celebrate the game's two-year anniversary with a series of special events and generous giveaways.
What’s in Store in Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.2?
Version 3.2 introduces two new 5-star characters: Castorice (Remembrance) and Anaxa (Erudition). Castorice, a Chrysos Heir marked by the Touch of Death, embarks on a poignant quest to recover the lost Coreflame of Death, wielding her powerful Netherwing. Her tragic backstory and formidable abilities add depth to the narrative and gameplay. On the other hand, Anaxa, a scholar from the Seven Sages of the Grove of Epiphany, brings a unique perspective shaped by dark experiences. His Ultimate, Sublimation, can apply seven Weaknesses to all enemies simultaneously, making him a game-changer in battles.
Returning characters will also grace the banners. In the first half of the update, you can look forward to reruns of Fugue, Jiaoqiu, and Acheron. Dr. Ratio will make a comeback in the second half, giving players another chance to add him to their roster.

The Story This Time Is Heading to Styxia
The narrative of Version 3.2 takes players to Styxia, a forgotten city submerged beneath the Sea of Souls. This haunting locale, filled with dragon bones and ghostly presences, sets the stage for a gripping adventure. As Trailblazers, you'll guide Castorice through this mysterious place, unraveling the secrets of the Titans and the draconic disaster that led to its downfall.
As part of the anniversary celebrations, HoYoVerse is rewarding players with 20 free pulls simply for logging in. On the anniversary day, April 26th, players will receive 1,600 Stellar Jades and a special in-game card from a companion. Additionally, players can choose a free 5-star character between Ruan Mei or Luocha as a celebratory gift.
