Marvel Rivals Season 1 has launched with a plethora of exciting new content, including free skins, new game modes, and maps. The season kicks off with the Midnight Features event, offering players a chance to earn a free Thor skin featuring his classic winged helmet, navy chestpiece, silver discs, and crimson cape. This event unfolds over a week, with challenges released in chapters. All quests and the Thor skin should be accessible by January 17th.
Beyond the Thor skin, players can also snag a free Iron Man skin by redeeming a code found on the game's social media channels. A free Hela skin is also available via Twitch Drops.
Season 1 introduces the thrilling Doom Match mode, a free-for-all battle royale where the top 50% of 8-12 players emerge victorious. Explore two new maps: Midtown and the Sanctum Sanctorum, expanding the game's already impressive locations.
A brand-new battle pass is available, boasting 10 original skins and a variety of other cosmetic rewards. Purchasing the battle pass rewards players with 600 Units and 600 Lattice, the game's premium currency. Speaking of purchases, new bundles for Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman are available in the in-game shop for 1,600 Units each. Human Torch and The Thing are slated for release in a major mid-season update.
