This resulted in a two-year exclusivity agreement with Take-Two Interactive, Rockstar Games' parent company, bringing GTA 3, Vice City, and San Andreas exclusively to the PS2. Deering admitted to concerns about Microsoft potentially making similar exclusive deals to strengthen the Xbox's game lineup.
